Shipping: Motolek Humansdorp will ship parts to specified addresses if the shipping was paid for at the checkout. If customers want to insure their items they need to phone us immediately, extra costs will then be carried by the customer.
Exchange Policy: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are buying the correct part. We will supply as many part numbers as we can, if customers are still unsure, they are welcome to phone us so that we can make sure they are buying the correct part. If the part was ordered incorrectly there will be a possibility to exchange the part. Extra costs may apply to the customer. All courier costs involved in the exchange transaction will be carried by the customer. If, however, Motolek sends the wrong part, the costs will be on us.
Warranty: If a part has a warranty, it will be specified on the product page. If nothing is specified, the part does not carry a warranty. The warranty will only cover factory faults and is at the discretion of the original manufacturers. If parts are faulty, they are exchanged, not refunded.
Refunds: No electrical parts will be refunded once shipped. If parts are faulty, they are exchanged, not refunded.
